What do we do?
In a nutshell, we provide engineering consultancy services and contract personnel to clients involved in the upstream oil sector (exploration & production). In addition we recruit permanent engineering staff for some of these companies.
Our main area of business is in all aspects of well services, drilling and well completions - from well design and AFE, through to well intervention and on-site supervision, as well as on-site technical services operating 3rd party equipment.

Most of our senior office staff are ex-oil company and service company field personnel. Our clients also say they like our attitude. We’re up front and transparent about everything we do - no hidden fees or charges - what you see is what you get. We don’t have any “bonus schemes” withholding consultants’ payments until the end of the year and we always pay personnel on time. We routinely exceed expectations in terms of output and we’ll work all the hours it takes to get the job done.
We are very cost effective! We firmly believe in charging a fair fee for a fair service and never base our agency fee on how desperate our clients might be for an engineer, nor how desperate an engineer might be to get a job.

Our company was founded in 2003 by two well testing engineers who were fed up with consulting agencies marking up day-rates by 100% or more in exchange for a very poor level of service. The original intention was to work with just a handful of engineers and one or two clients, but our business ethic has proven so popular that we have since grown rapidly to the present size of over 40 client companies including “preferred supplier” status with most of the major service companies.
We operate in almost all countries that have an oil industry and we welcome consultants of all nationalities, in all countries, with no restrictions whatsoever. We have offices in Trinidad and Brazil as well as in the UK. We are also registered in several countries as recognised suppliers and tax payers.
Access to our client and consultant areas
This website incorporates a password protected consultant and client area. Selected consultants may store their CV, certificates, contact details etc on our database for quick access by our team of recruiters and selected clients. This makes consultant selection extremely quick and efficient compared to traditional methods.
We currently have over 300 approved consultants on this database who have passed our selection criteria by providing good quality, cross-matched references as well as copies of certificates, education diplomas and so on.
