| Details: | We are looking for a project engineer/project manager who must be experienced in heavy oil applications and have experience of project management. This project will be to start up an EPF flowing back hot heavy oil from a steam injection process. Separator, gauge tanks, holding tanks, gas flares, pumps, loading gantry. Thia facility will be required to separate sour gas, remove 50% of water, cool oil to 80 deg c and load into trucks on a 24/7 basis. Project will last 2 years. Scope of work for the Project Engineer:- Review design of EPF and advise improvement/changes/cost saving Liase with manufacturing company Manage project through design, procurement, mobilisation and commissioning Check data quality at initial start up. The duration of the Project Manager position will be approximately 7 months from starting the project which should be in a few weeks time. Note:- This is not a rotational or permanent position. Required on an as needed basis on day rate. Some work from home may be possible but most of the time should be spent in Muscat meeting with client. |
